Installation Warning: Many of our off-road parts and equipment require professional installation. IRURI is not responsible for any damage to the product or your vehicle caused by improper installation or misuse. It is your responsibility to ensure vehicle compatibility before purchase. We do not warrant that the quality of any products will meet your subjective expectations or be identical to digital renderings.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. IRURI reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until confirmed. We must process your payment before acceptance. Please review orders carefully; cancellation may not be possible once processed. If we change or cancel an order, we will notify you via the contact info provided.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges unless stated otherwise.
Heavy Goods Surcharge: For oversized or heavy-duty items (e.g., bumpers, racks), shipping costs are calculated based on Dimensional Weight. If the actual freight quote significantly exceeds the initial estimate due to logistical fluctuations, we reserve the right to contact you for a shipping balance or cancel the order.
You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information. You represent that your payment information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND INSPECTION
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Inspection Obligation: For large cargo, you are required to inspect the external packaging upon delivery. By signing for the delivery, you acknowledge that the external packaging was received in acceptable condition. Any visible damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence to assist in freight claims.

Our Services, including brands, text, images, and product designs, are owned by IRURI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. IRURI is powered by Shopify. However, your purchases are made directly with IRURI. Shopify is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased here. You release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions with us.
