Return & Refund Policy

At IRURI, we stand behind the quality of our off-road equipment. Since our products are shipped internationally and often involve oversized freight, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Errors: If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, IRURI will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it, or it doesn't fit your specific build due to personal modifications), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
    • Note: For oversized items (Bumpers, Racks, etc.), international return freight can be very expensive. We strongly recommend confirming vehicle compatibility with our team before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products that have been installed, mounted, or modified (e.g., drilled, painted, or welded).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Damages and Issues (Inspection)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@iruri.co within 48 hours.
*For heavy freight: If the box is visibly crushed or punctured, please take photos before signing for delivery or refuse the shipment.

Restocking Fees

For high-value oversized items (over 30kg) returned due to customer preference, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the labor and inspection costs associated with large cargo handling.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
